Dear Guests!

We will do our utmost to ensure that your holiday is a pleasant and smooth one. We therefore ask you to take note of and comply with the following.

1. The house is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival.
2. Only the number of persons agreed in the order is allowed in the house.
3. Please leave the house by 10.00 on the day of departure.
4. Payment of the accommodation fee is made upon arrival, after the details have been agreed.
5. It is forbidden to take any equipment out of the house. On departure, the house will be inspected and any damage caused will be compensated by the tenant on the spot.
6. The owner or the accommodation provider is not liable for any accident on the property and cannot claim any compensation.
7. The landlord reserves the right to immediately remove from the property any tenant who does not respect the house rules.
8. Pets are not allowed in the house without the owner's permission.
9. If you encounter any problems with the house during your stay, please report them immediately. We are not able to accept any claims afterwards.
10. Guests are kindly requested to make sure that all taps are turned off, lights and air conditioning are switched off before leaving the room.
11. The owner accepts no responsibility for valuables placed in the house.
12. Smoking is allowed only in front of the apartment and on the terrace, in compliance with fire safety regulations.
13. The owner is not liable for any accident or damage caused during the use of the apartment, this is the sole responsibility of the guest, there is no legal recourse.
14. By providing their details and paying the accommodation fee, the guest accepts and is bound by the policy. There is no right of appeal.
