Dear Guests!<\/b><\/p>

We will do our utmost to ensure that your holiday is a pleasant and smooth one. We therefore ask you to take note of and comply with the following.<\/p>

  1. The house is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival.<\/li>
  2. Only the number of persons agreed in the order is allowed in the house.<\/li>
  3. Please leave the house by 10.00 on the day of departure.<\/li>
  4. Payment of the accommodation fee is made upon arrival, after the details have been agreed.<\/li>
  5. It is forbidden to take any equipment out of the house. On departure, the house will be inspected and any damage caused will be compensated by the tenant on the spot.<\/li>
  6. The owner or the accommodation provider is not liable for any accident on the property and cannot claim any compensation.<\/li>
  7. The landlord reserves the right to immediately remove from the property any tenant who does not respect the house rules.<\/li>
  8. Pets are not allowed in the house without the owner's permission.<\/li>
  9. If you encounter any problems with the house during your stay, please report them immediately. We are not able to accept any claims afterwards.<\/li>
  10. Guests are kindly requested to make sure that all taps are turned off, lights and air conditioning are switched off before leaving the room.<\/li>
  11. The owner accepts no responsibility for valuables placed in the house.<\/li>
  12. Smoking is allowed only in front of the apartment and on the terrace, in compliance with fire safety regulations.<\/li>
  13. The owner is not liable for any accident or damage caused during the use of the apartment, this is the sole responsibility of the guest, there is no legal recourse.<\/li>
  14. By providing their details and paying the accommodation fee, the guest accepts and is bound by the policy. There is no right of appeal.<\/li><\/ol>
